I. Introductory Provisions These terms and conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations arising in connection or on the basis of the contract for the provision of graphic services concluded between Veronika Tarantíková (ID No.: 71487111), hereinafter referred to as "the graphic designer", and the ordering party, hereinafter referred to as "the client", in accordance with § 1751 paragraph 1 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code.

 

II. Subject of the Contract The subject of the contract is the provision of graphic services according to the individual requirements of the client, which include, but are not limited to, the following packages:

• Graphics from Photographs

• Graphics for Breeders' Stations

• Graphics for Businesses

 

III. Ordering Graphic Services

• The client can order services via electronic communication means (email, web form) or by telephone.

• Upon receipt of the order, the graphic designer will confirm its acceptance and agree with the client on the details regarding the scope and specifications of the graphic work.

• The contract between the graphic designer and the client is concluded upon the confirmation of the order and the payment of a deposit, ensuring the execution date of the work.
   

IV. Scope of Graphic Services

• Graphics from Photographs - Transformation of the client's provided photograph into the required graphic form.

• Graphics for Breeders' Stations - Creation and design of a graphic identity for breeders' stations, including logos, business cards, banners, and other promotional materials.

• Graphics for Businesses - Comprehensive graphic solutions for businesses, including corporate identity, logos, corporate materials, and other branding elements.
   

V. Rights and Use of Graphics

• Upon full payment of the agreed price for graphic services, the client obtains full rights to use the created graphics.

• The graphics will be delivered to the client in digital form, and the client is authorized to use, reproduce, modify, or otherwise dispose of the graphics for any purposes, personal or commercial.
   

VI. Delivery and Payment

• The graphic designer commits to deliver the graphic work in the agreed quality and format after the full price for the graphic package has been paid.

• The client is obliged to pay the price for graphic services based on an invoice issued by the graphic designer and within the term specified on the invoice.
   

VII. Copyright

• The graphic designer reserves the right to use samples of the created graphic work for their portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

• The transfer of rights to the client does not affect the moral rights of the author of the work.
   

VIII. Final Provisions

• Any changes or additions to these terms and conditions require written form.

• These terms and conditions are valid and effective from the date of their acceptance by the client and become an integral part of the contract.
